The West Covina Service Group provides assistance to our customers 24 hours per day. We have several alternatives available to our customers in need of assistance including; an online knowledgebase, help-desk ticketing system and/or help-desk agent connected support services. A tiered escalation process is in place and provides quick resolution to issues which arise and need advanced technical support. The West Covina Service Group’s software is developed and maintained by internal professional software developers and as a result our customers receive quick responses to questions and reported concerns.

 

The West Covina Service Group in concert with ZenDesk provides several important customer functions including:

  • Online Community – User group conversations and feedback
  • Service Portal – creating and tracking tickets and subscribed topics
